Need to investigate, evaluate how to proceed. Main emphasis is now on integrating this into Kendra Web with a nice front end for content owners to use. And how to use Drupal's RDF modules. Definitely output RDF. Input RDF?
Video content for trials:
We are being asked by a couple of external projects to see if we can help find video content for test trials.
Project management tools:
I'll leave that to you guys to kick off ideas for specific applications.
Bear in back of your mind that this development team is likely to grow - slowly but surely - if we get more funding/projects and also from volunteers contributing to our work. We'll need to include others in the development process and manage them with different levels of trust. I mean we don't need to cater for this now but just as long as we are aware that this is where we are going.

There are already a number of Drupal sites being hosted on various LOVE VMs. There are also quite a few planned in the pipeline. Many of them will share functionality such as newletters, social relationships, etc. It would be nice is these different functions could be easily replicated.
Not strictly limited to Kendra VM but for all Drupal websites on all of LOVE's VMs. It would be nice to see if we can admin all sites using Ęgir and Drush. It seems as if these systems have come of age. We just need to find out / test if they work across multi VMs. I think they do but have not got a final answer.
Payments from EU:
Kendra is waiting for a payment of just over 50K EUR. Probably land September with a following wind. The last salary payment was made for April 2009. So, salaries will be backdated to May 2009. Developer salary will be split equally (?) between Darren and Neil. Will then be able to calculate hours due by using 40 GBP/Hour?. Should be enough to do some damage.
Perhaps salary will not be split equally between Darren and Neil. Need to have roadmap, milestones, tasks together with estimated time to complete tasks. Then we can see who should get paid what.
We'll be meeting Thursday 27 and Friday 28 August in London.
Venue: Would be good if we could have a nice quiet venue for each day. Something with day light and net access.
I'm going to suggest that we meet the other London based Saracen participants (CTVC/TrueTube? and Queen Mary University) for an early meal in central London on Thursday 27 August. How does that sound?
Agenda: We should start building the agenda for the London meeting so that are clear. As well as P2P-Next also need to touch on Saracen and Valid and look at amount of developer time needed for each and if we need new staff.
Kendra Hub industry meetings:
We could use a couple of hours (suggest no more as fundraising is not priority for us getting together) of one of these days to meet with record labels to turn them on to Kendra Hub. Perhaps invite a handful of record labels to a swanky venue for a couple of hours of briefing?
DrupalCon? Paris 2009:
Darren and Daniel will also be able to grab a little time in Paris I'm reckoning.

I'm trying to get cheap accommodation where we can all be in the same place - I've given up on Couch Surfing idea for this meeting you'll be glad to hear. At the moment we have funding coming from*P2P-Next* and soon from*Valid* and*Saracen*. We also have a number of internal projects (properties? ;-) that are at various stages of development like Kendra Signpost, Kendra Hub and Kendra Web. My hunch is that no matter where we get the funding from we need to be working on our internal projects. So, there's a matrix of external to internal projects and which internal project is being worked on in which external project. Side point but we may need to create*Kendra Social* for Saracen.
