Please could you expand on what you are getting at with this paragraph above. Please explain why 'these should be 100% in the public domain'.
I want us to have a rock solid foundation on which we build this project. So at every step we have to explain our actions in reasonable detail. I would like to add this to Kendra's Modus Operandi but we need a bit of a rational to hook it on. Cool?
