Daniel,

I think it's too late for this meeting but I'd recommend considering
webconferencing future major events. It's very helpful for people who cannot
attend for logistical or financial reasons and is also a nice documentary
record.

I have a couple of ideas but I'm sure that the list has a wealth of
experience/knowledge to offer. My most recent positive experience was with

But I think we should identify a number of resources depending on country,
etc.
