I have set up a wiki page with as much information as I can garner from the lists and a few placeholders for information we need:

Please update the wiki page directly with any information you think is relevant.

What's happening with the teleconferencing? Do we have better alternatives to Skype? Can we test them out?

We'll send out information about this April 2 meeting (based on the wiki page) to kGen and kFW - a hundred or so people that are essentially the core of Kendra folk - around start/mid of next week.

I don't see the point in setting up a whole registration system given the short timescales.
