Daniel,

I agree with your proposal for 3rd/4th April for the newletter distribution as the 2nd April. We need to get our vision and scope clearly defined before we start attracting the attention of the masses - that includes reviewing our relationship with JuP group and getting a deeper understanding of their goals.

How about that?

BTW: did the various vision statements/next steps we came up with at the last meeting get posted to a Wiki site yet?

Do we want to send out a newsletter to the 2000+ Kendra members just  
before or just after the April 2 webcast meeting?

I generally send out a newsletter once a month and the last one went  
out on Feb 27. So, we're due for another end March or beginning  
April. I don't like to send out more than one a month as that tends  
to get people narked.

If we send out the newsletter before April 2 the main reason would be  
to tell people about the webcast meeting and how they can join in.  
Issues with that are:
* It's not meant to be a big meeting - as I understand it.
* Seeing as we'll be discussing the June meeting in the April 2  
meeting it'll mean we don't get to send out information on the June  
meeting until end of April - loosing us a month of notice. Didn't we  
slate the meeting for June to give us maximum lead time?

If we send out the newsletter after April 2 then we can provide a  
heads-up invite for the June meeting. We can advertise the April 2  
meeting on kGen and kFW before hand to let people know. To be honest  
this seems to be the better way to go, logically.

So, I propose sending out the next newsletter on April 3 or 4. Yeah?
