This Summit will bring together business strategy and technical know-how
from all media industry sectors to work through the issues, innovate and
answer the question: THE UNIVERSAL CATALOGUE - IS THERE THE WILL TO BUILD
IT? Let your colleagues know too.
Register your intention to attend by clicking your personalised link at the
bottom of this email - that goes for you too, Tony! Security is tight and
space limited so make sure you are listed at:
http://www.kendra.org.uk/meetings.php#meet30
Want to speak at the Summit? Burning to talk about the issues and
frustrations you are having with content discovery and distribution; and
about solutions? Contact our Summit coordinator:
Gordon Rae <gordon.rae@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Many thanks to Phil Haggar of Two Four - http://www.twofour.co.uk - for
again kindly sponsoring the Summit venue. We still need a sponsor for
breakfast and lunch so let us know.
2. WAKE UP AMERICAS! WORLD TOUR COMES TO TOWN IN FALL
The Americas leg of our World Tour will kick of in October and take us
through New York, Los Angeles and many other townships. Early December will
see us exhibiting and speaking at the Broadband World Forum in Sao Paulo,
Brazil. We want to attend and speak at industry/community events along the
way; rap with movers and shakers; meet potential funders; raise awareness
and drive participation.
Want to be involved? Suggest who we should meet, what events to sync with
and where we should go? Contact our, Washington DC based, World Tour
Americas coordinator:
Farooq Hussain <fhussain@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
And submit your ideas directly to the wiki:
