Dear All,

Too much good stuff has happened in the last month to do it all justice in
this newsletter but I'll give you some brief pointers...

   London, Thursday 28/06/2007 Daytime

1. INVITE TO JUNE CROSS-MEDIA SUMMIT FOR CONTENT DISCOVERY

At the March Summit it was decided to hold another Summit with more lead
time to enable more people to attend and give ourselves more time to
prepare. The June Summit will take place in London on Thursday 28/06/2007
during daytime. Please register now so that we can have an idea of numbers
and hence pick the best venue:

2. WEEKLY HEARTBEAT CONFERENCE CALL

The next conference call will take place Tuesday 10/04/2007 between 15:00
and 16:00 UK time. You'll need Skype to join in. The weekly conference call
will help us keep focus and momentum going between now and the June
Summit:

3. CROSS-MEDIA SUMMIT AND IPTV WORLD FORUM REPORT

Needless to say we had a very successful March Summit with just shy of 40
participants - quite a feet with only one month's lead time. There's
renewed energy in Kendra Initiative and much desire to bring clarity and
structure to the project. The goals are just as relevant - if not more so -
than they were 10 years ago. You can read all about it here:

http://www.kendra.org.uk/wiki/wiki.pl?KendraMeeting20070309Minutes

Since the week of the IPTV World Forum we have received specific (expenses
paid) invitations to speak at conferences in London, Cannes and Budapest.
We've also received an invitation to exhibit in Beijing but, alas, they
have no budget to get us there!

Many thanks to all those in the Kendra Events Team that attended our stand
number two and made our booth such a success.

At the March Summit it was also decided to hold a further meeting on April
9 to continue with planning. We covered much ground and this continues on
the wiki and mailing lists:

4. RECENT DONATIONS

It's costing a minimum of just under two thousand pounds per annum to keep
Kendra Initiative alive. Most of the costs are going on company secretary,
accountant, domain name and data protection register. Your donations are
always most welcome:
