Dave Barnard sent me in this link showing a good example of how not to go 
about forming a group (courtesy of Intel). It's quite a laugh:

A little gem I got from the BCDF meet in Nice was *how will we know if we 
are successful?* For me success is about going home and being able to watch 
or listen to what I want, when I want and be able to pay for it. But when 
will Kendra succeed in your eyes or in the eyes of the artists, record 
labels, film distributors, ISPs, content delivery networks, payment system 
people and the rest?... .  .   .    .
