Re: [kGen] ...Wanted: Marketing Resources for Kendra in 2002
Hi Gabriella and All,
It's great to see you stepping forward... We really do need more structure
in the initiative, it's true...

Where do you want me to stop? Development/coding the trials and automating
the website - maintaining website takes up a fair amount of time as it
stands. We need participants for trials, speakers for conferences.

Great idea! We could make it easy by having it in a bar (or somewhere less
smokey) for few hours. We could have 'em every few weeks - keep up momentum...

I suggest we get as many ideas down on paper/digital *before* the meeting.
It's really easy to go blank just before a meeting. Some of my best ideas
happen on a forest walk. In order to kick it off how about the following...
We want structure. That means we need documentation to describe this
structure. How about setting the goal/results as a set of documents that
fully describe what is happening within Kendra Initiative and how it
functions and why we're here.

Due to technical difficulties it would be far easier for us if we used the
kFW list for marketing discussion for the moment. That's not a bad choice
as the definition of Kendra Framework (kFW) is "For work on business models
and Kendra Initiative structure/mission". Is that cool? You can join it here:
