Daniel,
OK I think we can find a way to put together a simple banner for the booth
using the kendra logo
You can find an EPS logo (with wrong colours) here:

+ can we print out
http://www.kendra.org.uk/documents/kendra-an-introduction-draft-current.html
to give as a handout?
That's what we did in France too. In addition do we want to try for
something more compact like a one sheet flyer (brings back the good old days)?
Maybe there are kendrans who have relevant materials from their org or
company that we could give out at the booth also?
Hmmm... As I said to John in:

...any sponsor would be able to put their blurb on the stand. But it's
important that the stand doesn't become a sales booth for sponsoring
companies. So, "discrete" is the word. We're there to push Kendra...
We've got to make sure that the Kendra message gets through clearly. Also,
we've got to be careful with Kendra Initiative looking like an industry
association. Everyone's a participant - they just don't know it yet! For
instance we're not here to represent participants or their companies'
products. Isn't that the case with standards bodies like IETF or W3C? Let
us know...
