Exelephant! It's a really good venue. You can't get more regal than that,
for sure! And you get a great view of London. Take a look at:

Can we have a barby for lunch? It'll be fun! ;-)

Well, David Morris seemed to have some good ideas way back with:

If fact he was the guy who started us off on this meeting lark in the first
place! Come in David, over?...
Also, there's a post from me with Toby concurring:

Toby and I are hitting In The City next week and I'll be on the hunt for a
celeb presenters to come on board and wow us.
The mix of presentations, panel sessions and discussion groups (usually in
that order) has been very successful in terms of getting people talking in
past meetings. The more discussion that happens the better.
I'm also happy to do my standard short presentation for perhaps a kickoff.
But we do need some more solid goals for the meeting and actions, such as
David Morris proposed.
Working on documents is also another thing we can do. There's "Kendra - An
Introduction" that needs more work.
But we could always do with having other documents that go into more detail
on what's happening with technical/standards-bodies,
metadata/content-tagging, interface trial, marketing/events/website,
network trial, payment trial and structure of organisation issues for instance.
Did I say "fun"?! ;-)
Cheers Daniel
