I think that we have secured a helper based in San Jose who is very 
experienced with managing show booths and is very familiar with the SJ 
Convention Center workings. They will be prepared to act as a 'person 
Friday' to coordinate with Kendrans coming to the event. So we need 
volunteers to be available to speak to people. Booth duty need be whatever 
you'd be prepared to commit - a couple of hours in either morning or 
afternoon would be best.

Couple of addtional questions:
- Do we already have signs posters to put up in the boot space or is this 
being done for us by Stardust?
- What about printed collateral? Do we have any to send out or get it 
prepared locally [preferable].

Still hunting for a travel sponsor for Daniel.
