Thanks for your reply.  There are pro's and con's but as you point out
people have 2 months to schedule it in which should be ample for most.

The on-line registration would be excellent, I will let you know when the
venue etc. has been finalised.

Nice one! The only disadvantage I can see to holding the meeting on Monday 
is that we loose out on gathering people during Stream Media but we have a 
lot of time to get the message out there anyway.

Other than that I think Monday is a great idea for reason you suggest. I'll 
mention it in today's kNews.

When we've got a fixed date (if no big objections in the next few days, 
yes?) I'll start mentioning the meeting on other discussion lists that I'm 
on and suggest others to do so too.

I can also set up the Kendra website to enable people to register for the 
event and get listed on the website. It's quite good as it gives us and 
prospective attendees a good idea of who and how many are intending to come 
along to the meeting. What do you think?
