Hi there Donal,

How about this for an idea of what to do at the meeting. Kendra's mission 
is to enable content owners/creators and consumers to do what they want to 
do easier, faster and more conveniently. The service providers (ISPs, CDNs, 
payment system providers, etc) are stuck in the middle trying to make this 
happen...

content owners/creators <-> service providers <-> consumers.

But do the service providers know how content owners/creators and consumers 
want to relate to each other? Have service providers ever seen these "edge" 
groups talking with each other? These edge groups are talking together more 
and more via chat/email. Are the service providers being left out of the 
discussion? If service providers don't think about the relationship between 
these edge groups then how can they provide services that will enable the 
edge groups to do what they want to do.

So - that was the preamble by the way! - why don't we get a few content 
owners/creators (film, video, music) together with some consumers (young 
kids, old kids, ex-Napster users, self confessed content junkies - the ones 
who spend wonga) and see if there are any common threads to how they all 
want to relate to each other. Can they work it out? Can we help them? Give 
them some ideas? Or do they know already? In which case we should listen 
hard...
