In the absence of a Kendra meeting for quite a while it is time that another
one is organised.  In response to a previous call to organise, co-ordinate
and take responsibility I am stepping up to the mark to arrange the
logistics.  It has been suggested that we target the timeframe around the
Streaming Media Europe Event in London on the 23-25th October, as a lot of
the people will be in the same place at the same time.  I need you to mail
your input on the following: 

	1.	Is this a good time/location?  Other suggestions welcome.
	2.	What topics do you wish to see covered?
	3.	Things that were good or bad about previous meetings.

Please use the "k-general" list when responding.

Additionally, I need to set up a small ad hoc advisory committee to provide
feedback on content, format and objectives.  This will help give the event
some structure and add some real impetus.  The commitment required will
probably be for one meeting and several conference calls.  If you want to
participate please include this with your reply.
