Yup, back in London. But I never really left this electronic world. There was an Internet cafe in practically every town I went to in China and Thailand. Big planet, small world.

Great!

Hmmm... That is *the* question. There's so much that can be done. Where does one start? I think this is a big part of what Kendra is all about - solving the problem of *how* to solve the problem - finding the method by which we can bring the Kendra vision to reality. This is as much a psychological (?) as a technical problem.

But I think it's a lot to do with people finding their own way to grasp the problem/issues/vision. In some ways I think that unless people are emotionally involved in the project then there just wont be the motivation to carry it through.

An idea (one of many): Assuming one wants Kendra to happen then perhaps the next stage is to read up on all that's been said on it so far. There's the 2 meetings (both with minutes and one with audio) where a lot of good stuff has been said (see "Meetings"). There's my talks and interviews some with audio and video (see "News"). There's the list archives (see "Lists"). And there's the rest of the Kendra website and the Network Trial to look at. After going through all of that you're probably going to have one of 3 reactions: a suggestion, a question or statements like "bugger this for a game of soldiers", "wibble" and "anyone for a cuppa?"... ;-)

If you have a suggestion or a question then put it to one of the lists. That's what they are here for and perhaps, through discussion, something will grow and you'll find out the *how* of your involvement. Just an idea...

>but i'd like to come to the meeting at streaming media europe.

Good! If we get people volunteering to organise it then maybe it will happen!...

;-)
