It seems that August would be a little to soon to pull together a working
conference. Streaming Media Europe is in October which is another meeting
will have good attendance.  If we targeted that time frame to pull together
a Kendra meeting, it would allow us to pull together a draft schedule,
solicit presentations & select presentations, pull together a roster of
board members to vote on and decide on how to proceed.  What do you think?

In the last newsletter I suggested it could be a good time to hold a Kendra 
gathering to coincide with the London IETF meeting in early August - 
perhaps just after it. There'd be a lot of people from all over the globe 
that we could turn on to Kendra. But this is just a suggestion and it

What we need is for someone to volunteer to organise, coordinate and take 
responsibility for making a meeting happen. I'll gladly help promote and 
assist someone(s) in doing this.

Hmm... Kendra Initiative doesn't have a charter at this stage. There has 
been some discussion about where to take the organisation:

Plus, much was said at the first 2 meetings. But again we need volunteers 
to make it happen.
