spot on and I am in full agreement. I guess I just needed a rant ;-/ 
Shock of the new and all that! ;-) So, let's go for it. Let's give it 
our best shot.

Perhaps it would be best if we worked on the business plan over on the 
wiki rather than clogging the mailing list, yes? Have you ever used a 
wiki before? They're quite useful for building documentation 
collaboratively. I've built a rough structure for the business plan 
based on your questions. If you think it needs changing then please 
change it - working with the wiki is quite easy. I'll reiterate: I've 
never built a business plan before so I consider you the expert at

Perhaps the best way to proceed is we just start dumping ideas into the 
slots, adding more slots and discuss with inline comments on the wiki 
or via this list. Sound like a good idea? Open to suggestions.

This is actually really good because much of this information needs to 
be gathered to go on the website rebuild anyway.
