RE: [kFW] Anyone have an employment contract draft?...

Daniel,
I always read with enthusiasm your Kendra posts and the foundations
progression.

May I suggests as I did two years ago when we met at the conference in
Cannes that for expenses like this they are either picked up by the
foundation OR you make it subscription? There's nothing wrong or dirty in
getting the members to value the foundation and to be honest there are way
too many things that are free on the net, even at £5 each per. Year which if
members think this is too much then they don't value what's on offer, all
these things could be easily paid for.

If it were £5 a month then you could probably afford to progress issues
quicker than they seem to progress as no doubt they always hinge on a
"budget". If you do want it to remain free or non-subscription you need to
find a wealthy patron to put a lump into the kitty to avoid what appear to
be "the bowl out". This latter solution in our current climate would
probably in fact mean you being the patron of the foundation? But at least
it would progress the work and the project, rather than it dragging on
through the lack of a few thousand pounds! Hope I havn't read this wrong,
but I would quite happily throw a £5 a month into the pot!

Just my two (5000) pennyworth
John McHugh

Hi there,

Just got a quote through for the following from Olswang:

Employment contract: 500+VAT GBP
Data protection: 750+VAT GBP
Loan agreement: 500+VAT GBP

Seeing as these prices are a bit steep and seeing that I've been told
that I spent far too much on the company registration I'm coming to you
first this time...

I need a draft employment contract for Joe. Probably best to have the
loan agreement for avoidance of doubt too for my 30,000 GBP to Kendra
Foundation.

I can do the data protection for 35 quid so that's cool.

If you can help then let me know.

Cheers Daniel
