Almost there... Have a pretty final draft from Olswang. Have a look

I've made the memorandum much more specific to supporting Kendra 
Initiative and modified the articles in line with David Reibel's 
suggestions.

Please respond to the list as quick as you can. I'm looking to register 
Kendra Foundation next Monday.
