I did get a response from the DTI. Not official. Some contacts and
advice. It's a beginning. So, good.
I am still out in Sud de France after a 2 week cycle trip from the Nord.
I'll be out here for another week. I have just got confirmation through
that I'll have travel paid to the eContent meeting on Work Programme 2003-
2004 preparations in Luxembourg, 12/09/2002. So, that could be a real
opener. See:
http://www.content-village.org/articles.asp?id=156
Also, there's an event for the EU's Sixth Framework Programme for
research. It costs but here it is:
http://europa.eu.int/comm/research/conferences/2002/index_en.html
I don't think I'll be making it there.
I'll be in full swing for mid-Sept back in Londres.

create a 'blue sky' document, and create a high level architecture. Am I
jumping the gun?
Yup, that is the next step. Remember that we are creating the framework
and providing the tools to assist in the creation of the "high level
architecture" of the Kendra system. These tools themselves need a "high
level architecture" so that is what I want to define now as that is the
work of the Foundation. I'll be expanding on this as we go.
I have got a lawyer in place and I'm waiting back for costs/terms to
register Kendra Foundation.
I've identified which bank to go with.
I'm checking out various options for the Foundation's first employee.
Now all we need is funding. I'll report back on return from Luxembourg.
Cheers Daniel
