Cool! I sent it out before heading off to Big Green Gathering, which was great, by the way.

Yup. Good point to emphasise this. We have always said that the Kendra system is an open architecture and that any code coming from any Kendra project would be open source and have no cost. This system is intended for ALL content owners and ALL consumers.

It is important to note that Kendra will not charge to for code but to actually use the system people will need to run it and these service providers may charge for their services, which is fair. By the way, I've always said that Kendra Initiative (or Foundation for that matter) will not be a service provider.

Please do tell them about Kendra and get them involved and pushing for it. Get them to fund it!

Seriously, how high do you think I'm aiming? I need feedback. Do you mean aim higher than the DTI? Or aim higher in terms of project goals? Or amount of funding we're going for?

I have been invited to a meeting of the eContent group in Luxembourg in November. Is this group connected with FP6? FP6 also has a conference is November but in Brussels.

I really need help with this stuff. I am of far better use to the Kendra project when I am creating and promoting and not trawling through yards of documents or filling out forms to get funds in. I really don't want to get bogged down in fundraising. How do I get a fund raiser?
