Right, slight correction though, replace "want to be" with "are" and "might 
get paid" with "will get paid". Agreed, it wont be just me. Who else is in 
Kendra Foundation depends on what funders require and who I feel happy 
working with. Remember the Foundation in not the Initiative. There are no 
restrictions to taking part in the Initiative. The Foundation is there to 
provide tools to enable the Initiative to achieve it's goal of building the 
Kendra system.

Well, fine! ;-) So, I have to start it off. Cool. I guess what I need to 
know right now is that people are happy with what I'm choosing to do with 
Kendra Foundation. Kendra Initiative has happened because over 400 people 
have listed themselves on the website. It looks great! Whatever I do will 
only fly if Kendra Participants agree with it. And so it makes sense to get 
your (broad) agreement before I launch into this. So, if no one cries "stop 
the wedding" then I'm going for this. Although it would be great for us all 
to hear/see some whoops and groovies and cool mans - like they do at an 
Apple show! That would give me a bit more confidence...

And if you have suspicions then get them in the open right now.

And if anyone has advice then that would be greatly appreciated too.
