Daniel,

The link Rupert supplied lead to a light-hearted article.  I think that such articles, or other, if kept to a sensible proportion in relation to the more desired serious articles/emails are/should be acceptable.  Afterall even the bods that work on the IETF are accustomed to the occassional light-hearted RFC, avian carriers and the Coffee transport protocol are the subject of two separate "RFC's" which readily spring to mind.

We all live in difficult times and draw inspiration in our own ways, so don't be too harsh on the senders of such links.  As the saying goes "All work and no play makes Kendra a dull org"
