[kEv] Summit: Amsterdam 27th September - update...

I've got two speakers so far for this Summit: Candace Johnson and  
Martijn Tjho. More soon I'm sure...

Please feel free to invite other groups to attend the Summit so that  
they can have a taster of what we are up to. I've already invited the  
P2P-Next consortia.

We only have three hours (0900 to 1200) so I'm going to really be  
strict with the timing. So far I'm thinking one hour max for  
lightning talks and questions and then two hours for an equal mixture  
of small group work and total group reporting and discussion. The  
deliverables will be more detailed descriptions of scenarios and use  
cases. We'll build on what we already have so it wont be like we are  
starting from scratch.
