I've only sent this out to the ones listed in the "Contacted" section.

I haven't sent this out to the ones listed in the "Proposed" section.
These are mostly unknown to me and I think it's best that the invites
come from you. If you could whack them out today then we can chase up
next week and also have an idea of whose available.

Note that I only really have next week to work on speakers and venue.
After that I'm caught up with Sunrise then Beijing then Glastonbury.
Then it's the Summit. Throughout June I'll be able to access email
and wiki but I wont be able to do any on-the-ground venue logistics
or chasing speakers. So, it would be good to get as much as we can
done over next week.
