There'll be ones same as Digital Hollywood. See:

Cheers Daniel

Hi Gurbir,

Is there going to be any Kendra signage or branding on the stand? Any plans to fill the empty wall space? Just wondered!

Thanks,
Yvette

Hi Gurbir,

Please could you register ALL the people listed here:

http://www.kendra.org.uk/meetings.php#meet27

Just in case they DIDN'T click the wrong button and DO want to help out on the stand.

Many thanks!

Hi,

A quick update.
Further floor plan changes have now moved Kendra stand from one side to
the other. Still number 2 and still on the ground floor.

For the three days:

We will not have
	Wired Broadband
WIFI Access (unless you want to pay)
	Catering
Free beer for all three days

What we almost have
A conference pass for IPTV. We have them already for TVOverNet
and The Connected Home. I spoke to Mark Johnstone today - he
confirmed that he can only decide around 10:30 am for each day. He did
sound helpful and optimistic. We will have a table and a couple of chairs apparently lots of wall space for posters using blue tac
a bowl of sweets for visitors (yes I know it's a little quaint
but works on me)
occasional internet access via my laptop subject to T-mobile
signal
a really important box (under the table) containing scissors,
selotape, bluetac, pens, paper
registered the following as exhibitors associated with Kendra so
they should be on the printout when you arrive at Olympia

Gurbir Singh Peter Bates Dennis Morrison Satwinder Singh

Wendy (events manager) tells me that (a) as a speaker Daniel will have
his own pass and (b) the registration was especially critical for those
exhibitors attending on Sunday to setup. No one is planning to attend on
Sunday.. unless you know different.

I expect the table display to change daily but generally it should have
A couple (or a few) laptops running various demos with audio off most of
the time.
A box for business cards which should be clearly marked YES UD, meaning
that the card bearer has explicitly confirmed to be registered for
Kendra updates. Perhaps can register these users before the end of the
conference

I will have a hard copy of the schedule of who will attend the stand
when.

Looks like a hectic but fun three days.

Feel free to post questions/comments.
