[kEv] Summit: Planning meeting before Friday March 9?...

I reckon we need to have a face to face planning meeting before the Summit to sort out the final details. I am available at the following day/times:

Monday 5: All day IPTV and eve except lunch time.
Tuesday 6: All day IPTV and eve except network party 1730 to 1930.
Wednesday 7: All day IPTV and eve except when I'm speaking 1230 to 1315.
Thursday 8: Morning and early afternoon anywhere in London.

Please could (at least) Bob, Gordon, Ron and Neil state their availability on list so we can sense the synergy for best time/day. But it would be good for all people on this list to attend if you are coming to the Summit. Yvette? Gurbir? Steve? Phil?

Lunch time (except Monday) or early afternoon may be best as Bob and Ron generally can't stay late in town, I believe.

Please keep this discussion on list and avoid posting to me directly unless absolutely necessary. My Net access is sporadic/limited at the moment and we need to collaborate together. Many thanks.
