Neil suggested we move from group work to plenary sessions throughout  
the day. At each stage distilling and refining ideas. It's much more  
like a high level workshop where everyone is involved, sharing and  
learning.

A number of people will get 5-10 minute slots to put their points  
over. We could have up to 30 of these in a few hours to really get  
the ideas flowing. No one will be expected to deliver a keynote. I  
think it will be a fun and challenging day.
