[kDev] New server: Mailman questions????

Hi there All,

Steve is currently working on configuring Kirk to take the Kendra website, 
amongst other things. He's recommending using Mailman:

instead of our current Majordomo/MHonArc setup. It's an all in one package, 
he says.

Question: Does anybody know Mailman? Need to know if we can keep the 
current setup of having all list management done via profile.php. So, that 
means being able to talk to Mailman somehow from PHP/MySQL or writing to 
directly to its configuration files. Can this be done?
