We can provide speakers to talk about what Kendra Initiative is up to. The same goes for panelists.

Endorsements
If you want Kendra to endorse your event then we will promote your event as detailed here.
In return we expect you to promote Kendra Initiative on your website, in your news letters and on printed literature.
Also, if you have a delegates pack we request that you place a copy of Kendra - An Introduction in it.
We request that you register here and list yourself on the website as a Kendra Participant.
If you wish to donate a stand/booth in exhibition space then it would be gratefully received.

Please do not resize the logo as it will reduce quality. Please make sure the logo points to 'www.kendra.org.uk'. Here's some sample code:
Promotion
Promotion for an event follows the same procedure whether Kendra Initiative is providing endorsements, speakers, panelists or we just like you:
By Email Newsletter
We publish an email newsletter every few weeks. We will promote your event in this newsletter. We will include a one time description of your event in your own words - please provide a 100 word description (not counting event name, dates, website or venue - we will add these) in plain text via email (please do not send as attachment but in the bulk of the email). Please keep it factual and avoid too much hype!
Every subsequent newsletter will include a 2 line description of your event (in the "Events summary" section) in the same format as the in the Future Events page.
Please note that the newsletter will not contain direct links to your event website but will direct readers to the the Future Events section Kendra website for more information about your event and from there link to your website.
By Website
We will list your event on the Kendra website on the Future Events page. Sorry, we cannot put your logo or event graphic on the Kendra website. If we were to do it for everyone the workload would just be immense!
Additionally, if you provide a discount to Kendra Participants then we will also provide a listing in the participant's private area (please provide a contact email address to where we can send all discounts requests).
At Meetings
Kendra Initiative sometimes holds meetings for participants. We are happy that you attend and promote your event. Meetings are infrequent but announced via the mailing list. Obviously, if a meeting is taking place within another event/organisation then permission will need to be sought from them direct to distribute your literature. We have an aversion to carrying around masses of paper so please do not ask us to distribute your paper literature for you. This is due to the fact that are all working really quickly and so have to travel light! ;-)
Miscellaneous
We have a large email list of people in the content delivery world. We never hand this list over to any third party. We do not send email attachments out to our list members. We do not hold postal addresses for our list members.
